Membership Terms:

$100 Activation Fee 

• • Memberships such as Saving Face, Platinum, Gold and Silver services will roll for 3 months before expiring. 
  • VIP Membership - Bank your bucks for up to 6 months.

  • Membership dues are paid on the 1st of the month.
  • Subsequent month dues will be charged to the credit card on file the first banking day of the month.
  • Service cancellations require 48 hour notice via telephone (360-577-6956). If Service is not cancelled at least 48 hours prior, the client will be charged for the service.
  • If membership is cancelled prior to 6 months, a $300 cancellation fee will be charged.
  • If Platinum, Gold or Silver membership is cancelled prior to 4 months, a $500 fee will be charged.
  • Memberships will continue on a month to month term after the initial term.
  • Membership changes or cancellations require 30-day written notice,  You may contact Estetica at info@esteticaspa.com to obtain the cancellation form.
  • $35 bank fee will be charged to the card on file for NSF and a second bank draft will be attempted.
  • Membership does not include gratuity.
  •  If cancelling with fewer than specified months of membership, any promotional items received will be charged in full.
  • Membership will be suspended during any month that a charge is not valid after the second draft attempt.
