Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment, the time is set aside for you personally, and missed appointments prevent us from accommodating other clients. Please understand that the service provider gets paid when they deliver a service. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 4 business days in advance of a cancellation or reschedule, you will be charged the full amount of the service or a minimum $125 cancellation fee, at the time of cancellation. If an emergency situation arises, please let us know so we can treat specific situations with personal attention. We recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc) and your service provider may make an exception to this policy on those rare occasions.
